I started AG Hospitality Advisory after spending my career on the inside of restaurants and hospitality businesses—building them, operating them, growing them, and, at times, holding them together under real pressure.
I have opened and operated restaurants and hospitality concepts across multiple cities and markets, ranging from iconic neighborhood institutions to Michelin-starred restaurants, cocktail lounges, resorts, and private island hospitality. I’ve overseen organizations generating over $50 million in annual revenue. I’ve navigated growth, failure, reinvention, disputes, and crisis—including everything that came with operating through COVID.
Most importantly, I’ve lived every part of the business.
